Exhibition Logistics Coordinator/Manager Congresses/Events (80-100%)

Depending on the experience and qualifications, we offer a coordinator or manager employment position.

Main tasks

  • Our team develops attractive sponsorship concepts for medical congresses, acquires exhibitors and sponsors, negotiates contracts with suppliers and takes care of all administrative and logistical tasks before, during and after the congresses.
  • This position focuses on the all logistical aspects, such as exhibitors’ booth allocation, exhibition layout creation and management, technical manual creation, exhibitors’ orders management, suppliers’ management and logistical tasks before, during and after the congresses

Your profile

  • Commercial training, training in project and/or event management, or experience in the logistic field
  • Structured, organised, precise and reliable
  • Excellent team player with communication acumen
  • Good German and English oral and written skills
  • Ability to work with peak activity time and stress resistant
  • Good IT skills (MS office, Teams, Zoom, ACAD, Adobe)
  • Willingness to travel
