Behind every social organisation is a dedicated team that gives its all each day to support people facing challenging life situations. In a demanding daily workload, increasing enquiries and rising administrative demands place high requirements on internal processes, particularly on a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure.
Our neighbours, Winterhilfe Basel, therefore approached us with an important request: their existing IT systems needed modernising in order to work more efficiently, flexibly and cost-effectively in the long term. The planned transition from a local server solution to a modern remote structure represented a significant step towards streamlining workflows and making more targeted use of resources.
