As Abstract & Scientific Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting medical professionals, easing their administrative burdens and facilitating scientific exchange.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full abstract lifecycle: from creating timelines to managing submission and review systems.
- Communicate with key stakeholders: including doctors, programme committees, and invited faculty.
- Lead organisational aspects of the abstract selection process and faculty management.
- Support data publication across multiple channels (web, apps, printed materials).
- Ensure smooth technical programme setup with attention to structure and detail.
- Maintain abstract statistics and contribute to continual process improvement.
Your profile
- Strong technical and organisational skills, including Excel proficiency and ease with new software tools.
- Comfortable interacting with senior scientific professionals in a structured and professional manner.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Background in business, events, or scientific administration is helpful.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive – someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
