On 12th and 13th February, Congrex Switzerland opened its doors for a special Open House event at our Basel office, inviting clients to get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our departments and the people behind Congrex. The event was designed to provide flexibility and convenience, with two sessions available – an afternoon on Monday and a morning on Tuesday – allowing clients to choose the time that suited them best.
Exploring the Heart of Congrex
The 6th floor was transformed into an interactive showcase, where each department presented key insights and fun facts about their team. From detailed posters to engaging presentations and insightful data overviews, every station offered a unique view into how we operate and deliver value to our clients. Our Staff Room on the 5th floor was set up as a welcoming catering area with drinks and snacks, encouraging informal conversations and networking.
Guided Tours and Meaningful Connections
Our Key Account Team guided clients through the office, introducing them to team members and provided opportunities for engaging interactions. The atmosphere was lively and dynamic, with customers interacting with our teams, asking questions and showing genuine interest in our services and expertise.
Positive Feedback and Lasting Impressions
Following the event, we conducted a survey and were excited to receive very positive feedback. Clients appreciated the opportunity to connect with our teams and learn more about Congrex in a familiar and open setting. The Open House not only strengthened existing relationships but also sparked new ideas and collaborations.
