Im April dieses Jahres veranstaltete die European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) ihren International Liver Congress (ILC) in Wien.

Jedes Jahr im April treffen sich Ärzte, Wissenschaftler und Hepatologen aus aller Welt, um sich über den neuesten Stand der Leberforschung auszutauschen. Dieses Jahr fand der Internationale Leberkongress (ILC), organisiert von der europäischen Gesellschaft zur Erforschung der Leber (EASL), vom 11. – 15. April in Paris statt.

Der dritte EASL Gipfel zum Thema Hepatozelluläres Karzinom (HCC): Von der Grundlagenforschung bis zur klinischen Forschung: How to improve HCC clinical care? fand vom 1. bis 3. März 2018 in Genf, Schweiz, statt.
