We CARE – our clients, participants, employees and planet deserve our care and attention.
Although Congrex has a “We care” philosophy for many years, our focus had been on our clients, participants and employees (and that will, of course, continue!). We have also added “planet” to this list and are committed to making the world a little better in the following ways:
We care – about our environment
Congrex has banned single used plastic from the office. We have stopped providing water in PET bottles and introduced a new water dispenser in our office. We have also stopped buying products from suppliers who extensively use plastic (as wrapping material for example). Through these 
actions, we are very pleased to join the IAPCO “Ticky the Turtle” Initiative whose purpose is to warn against the effects that single-use plastics have on the oceans and seas around the world.
In addition, we are taking steps to reduce the amount of paper used in our office. We have only one printer left per floor, which means we have to get up every time we print something (good for our fitness, too ☺). As a result, we have seen an immediate reduction in paper usage.
We care – about our world
Every employee is encouraged to start a collection of donations from all colleagues for any international crisis. The company supports any collection by doubling the amount. If there is a major disaster somewhere on our planet – we are there to donate.
We care – about our region
We see ourselves as a Swiss family business and have therefore decided to focus our main financial aid on a project right here in Switzerland. Although Switzerland is one of the richest countries in the world, poverty has not been completely eradicated. We have been supporting the organization “Winterhilfe Schweiz” (Swiss Winter Aid) who are committed to helping people in our country who have been affected by poverty and are socially disadvantaged.
As a company, we are committed to these values and determined to take action. This reflects our attitude to life and how we genuinely care.
