„Let the games begin“ was the motto of this year’s Congrex Switzerland Farm Olympics 2024.
Inspired by the Olympic Games 2024 in Paris, we gathered on the beautiful Dietisberg (Switzerland) to hold our own Farm Olympics – and it was a spectacle no one will soon forget.
Dietisberg Werken & Wohnen, a social organisation that rents out event locations, provided the perfect scenery. The combination of the idyllic landscape and their social engagement gave our event a special meaning.
The entire venue, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the beautiful Jura, was decorated in Olympic style and all participants were dressed as Olympic athletes – from classic sports outfits to creative interpretations.

The atmosphere was great right from the start as our employees were divided into teams to compete in a total of six disciplines. From milking race to clothespin assembling, pedal tractor race, boot throwing, ski racing and hay bale rolling, each game required skills and team spirit. After an exciting competition, there was of course a proper award ceremony. All participants were rewarded with a barbecue that left nothing to be desired.
As the sun set, the dance floor filled up. Our DJ ensured the right atmosphere throughout and surprised all the guests at the end with a silent disco, where they danced late into the night. It was an unforgettable evening full of team spirit, fun and a good dose of action on the farm.
