ESMINT 2018
The 10th Anniversary Congress of the European Society of Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy (ESMINT) took place in the Acropolis Convention Centre, Nice in September 2018. The Annual ESMINT Congress has grown year by year and we were very happy to support the society for the first time this year.
The Challenge
How to Organise A Congress After the Hand-Over From an Other PCO: The collaboration between ESMINT and Congrex Switzerland had to be established in a relatively short period of time. The society was only able to confirm our partnership in January of the same year – so we only had eight months to plan the whole conference. The congress had been organised by another Professional Congress Organiser before and it was a challenge to obtain all the important information about budgets, sponsoring prices, contracts etc.
How Congrex mastered it
Thanks to a good relationship with the congress venue, Nice Acropolis, as well as excellent and ongoing communication with the client, we managed to maintain the same congress standard as in the previous nine years. The attendees hardly knew that there was a new PCO – perhaps only that there was an even more positive attitude towards sponsors / exhibitors and in the flawless handling of participant requests. Exhibitors appreciated the flexible and responsive attitude of the Congrex team and participants felt comfortable and well taken care of.
After the experience of this year we look forward to continuing this collaboration in the future and to make the congress even more successful.
