To meet these special requirements, Congrex Switzerland has supported the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ectrims.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS)<\/a> in organising a Generation Y Workshop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/congrex.com\/de\/blog-de\/quick-guide-to-creating-engaging-conference-learning-experiences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quick Guide to Creating Engaging Conference Learning Experiences<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Gen Y workshop: the conference formats that Millennials and the Gen Y require<\/h3>\n<p>The workshop took place during the <a href=\"https:\/\/congrex.com\/reference\/msparis-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MSParis2017 \u2013 7th Joint ECTRIMS-ACTRIMS Meeting<\/a>, 25 \u2013 28 October 2017 in Paris. Eight young physicians who represent active abstract authors had been invited to join the session on Friday, 27th October 2017.<br \/>\nThe ultimate goal of the Gen Y workshop was to develop in a short time usable work results and to receive valuable information about the congress formats that the Gen Y requires.<\/p>\n<p>The participants worked in small groups on different main topics: session formats, digital future and communication &amp; networking opportunities. Working in small groups provides the best possibility to have a significant level of integration and the involvement of all participants as valuable resources of experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/congrex.com\/de\/blog-de\/unlocking-the-value-of-interaction-at-conferences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Unlocking The Value Of Interaction At Conferences<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our team member <a href=\"https:\/\/congrex.com\/de\/ueber-uns\/our-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Christina Goetze<\/a> had the lead in this special project.
